Note: The sitting fee is due up front to book your timeslot and is non-refundable. There is a $25
rescheduling fee if you need to change the date or time of your session for any reason except
in the case of bad weather.There is an additional $50 fee for Saturday sessions.

Sitting fees for sessions outside of the Polk/Paulding county area are subject to a $25 traveling fee.
For locations in Atlanta or east of Atlanta please add $50 for time and travel. If you live outside
of the Polk/Paulding county area you may avoid the traveling fee by choosing a location in Rockmart.
Please call for information about locations in the area.

Each sitting fee is for up to one hour per location with the poses of your choice. In the case of bad
weather, your outdoor photo shoot will be re-scheduled. If an appointment needs to be cancelled, please call
within 24 hours. If there is no notification of a cancellation, your photo shoot will not be re-scheduled.

Each photo session includes unlimited poses for up to four people. Please add 10.00 for each additional
person if desired. Family portraits also include unlited poses of your entire family. If individual portraits are
desired in a family of five or more there will be an additional 10.00 charge per person.

Up to 200 digital photos can be taken in a photo shoot depending on the conditions. With children
and candids only the best photos are kept. Typically there are 20-30 unique, beautiful poses for you to choose from.

The photos take approximately 14-21 days to process. Minor touch ups are applied free of charge.
When your photos are ready you will be notified and schedule a time to pick up your proofs and order form. Once your
order is complete, please allow up to 5 days for your prints and CD's, and 2 weeks for canvases, posters and books.

When your CD and prints are ready a convenient location in or around the Polk/Paulding county
area will be chosen for pick up. If this location is not convenient PMP would be happy to mail your CD and prints
via USPS for a $6.00 shipping and handling fee. For larger items to be shipped such as books and canvases,
please contact PMP for rates.

PMP accepts cash and personal checks. We also accept credit card payments using PayPal. There
is an additional 4% credit card transaction fee that will be added to your total when using PayPal.
