Hightower Falls Wedding | GA Waterfall Weddings

It would be hard to find a more romantic location to have your wedding than at the base of a grand Georgian waterfall! Nothing short of DREAMY!!! It was a gorgeous day and even with a few tiny sprinkles during the ceremony it was nearly perfect!! Congrats Ryan and Sarah!

Baseball Senior Portrait Session | Cedartown High School

Does anyone love baseball? I do, and taking Will's senior portraits in his baseball uniform was SOOO much fun! He was so great to work with and let me do all of the crazy detail pics that I wanted. He even slid into third base for me and got all dirty! Sorry mom! :D HAHA!

GA Waterfall Senior Portrait Session

Sometimes things just work out like they should! So it all goes back to 25 years ago when my husband went to school in North GA. HAHA! Then we got married and had kids. Now our oldest is ready for college and we wanted to tour some of the schools in North GA near where he went to school. The day we could go happened to fall on the same day as Corinne's senior portrait session. Hannah is good friends with Corinne and I'm good friends with her mom! Corinne wanted photos with water, so Mark suggested some waterfalls up in North GA where the schools are - so guess what! We did! And it was EPIC! Now I know that word get's tossed around a lot. But for realzzz!!! Her senior pictures are pretty epic!!! It was actually a nice day and a bit cool. But then she got in that ice cold mountain water! And she said it was totally worth it! What a rockstar!!!!

Nevada Desert Styled Shoot

I usually go to Las Vegas about once a year for workshops and conventions. I always come away with more knowledge, skills and inspiration. But the best part of going out there is the styled shoots in the desert! I always try to squeeze in a shoot and this one did not dissapoint!!! I simply adore the dreamy light, beautiful landscape, and soft colors of the desert! I miss living out West so much! There are SO many pics how do you pick a favorite!!!??? YOU DON'T!!! Post them all!!! HAHA!

Fendley Farmstead Wedding | GA Country Chic Wedding

One of my favorite parts of shooting weddings is the details. I love the rings, the dress, the flowers and the shoes. But shooting Jessica's wedding shoes seemed different! I just couldn't get them to look right. When finally I realized there were literally TWO left shoes! OMG! I brought them to her mom to see if she had any other options and since Jessica is just as cool as a cucumber - mom showed her the two left shoes and everyone just broke down laughing hysterically! It was so hilarious! And luckily for her, her sister wears the same size and swapped shoes with her for her wedding day!! No worries at all - and I was so relieved there was solution! Besides, who sees your shoes under that gorgeous wedding gown anyway!!!!!
