Engagement Session in the country

It's already obvious that I adore this couple!!! I was lucky enough to shoot their amazing engagement video and it totally went viral on YouTube and even got on HLN!!! SO, basically they're famous! HAHA! Shooting their engagement session at a gorgeous farm in Cedartown was simply a breeze! They are the easiest, most laid back, and adorable couple ever!!! I'm SO lucky to know them and I'm SUPER excited to shoot their wedding later this year!!! :D

Santa Rosa Beach Mini Sessions, Gulf Coast Florida beach photographer

I was super excited when Jana said her family will be at the beach in Florida while I was there! So she booked a beach mini session and I'm SO happy she did because it has been years since I shot their wedding and I love seeing my couples' families grow!!!!! SOOOO, we got to get a couple of maternity photos in there as well! :D

Nikki and Josh got married in Rome, GA at Oak Hill! The same wedding location as Sweet Home Alabama! OMG! I felt like Reese Witherspoon was going to come out of the house for a second!! Other than the fact that their wedding was the hottest wedding I have ever shot, it was an amazing day!!!! Everything flowed so smoothly and all of the families, guests and wedding party was a dream to work with! Poor Nikki and Josh had to tough out that 100 degree day in that beautiful wedding gown and three piece suit, but you'd never know it! Nikki used my shirt to wipe her face as it glistened (that's what I call it when a bride sweats because it sounds prettier! HAHA!) and we drank lots and lots of water all day! I'm so happy no one passed out... especially Josh!!! Congrats Nikki and Josh! May your marriage be as amazing... and hot... as your wedding day was!!! :D

Booking beach sessions is a hard thing to do. First I have to make my own beach plans, find a location, then find people who will actually be at the beach the same week that I'll be there!!! HAHA! Lucky for me Shalon is a superfan and booked her beach trip around my Florida beach mini session!! Yipee!!! I think they turned out amazing!!! I will be shooting Florida Sunset Beach mini sessions again next summer!!!

Coming up with ideas for a senior portrait session is always fun for me! I love being an artist and getting inspired in different ways! So when Ryleigh and I were trying to come up with an idea for her modeling session my daughter was in the other room of my house and told me she ripped my down comforter and feathers were all over the bedroom! Viola!!! A feather photoshoot!! It was truly inspiring. Of course, my daughter takes all the credit for the idea! HAHA!! :D I loved working with Ryleigh and her family! Class of 2017!!
